Give the work a repeatable process

A useful agent starts with a clear job.

A promising demo still leaves practical questions: what should the agent receive, what counts as finished, who checks the result, and what happens when something is missing?

Work through those decisions using the original AI Employees at Work recordings, reorganized into this playbook. New action guides, templates, worked examples, and an operations runbook help you apply the lessons to your own business.

What you’ll learn

One job. A working loop. A way to check it.

01

A job worth delegating

Choose a recurring task with usable inputs, an observable output, and a named business owner.

02

Instructions the workflow can use

Define context, tools, permissions, approval points, and the conditions that require a question.

03

A tested result

Build a complete input-to-review loop and use the testing pack to check normal work and failure cases.

04

An operating plan

Use the written runbook to plan scheduling, monitoring, limits, and recovery after your manual workflow works.

Three core lessons + two service-business bonuses

Choose the job. Build the workflow. Put it to work.

The five original AI Employees at Work training recordings are reused in this edition. Complete the three core lessons first. The two bonus recordings cover packaging, selling, and delivery; the written runbook extends the training with operating guidance.

  1. Core 01

    Choose your agent’s job

Choose one business bottleneck and define a useful responsibility, measurable result, and human owner.

    • Compare recurring tasks
    • Define the trigger, input, and result
    • Choose a human review point
  2. Core 02

    Define instructions, context, and permissions

Write the operating contract: what the agent receives, produces, can use, and must bring back for a decision.

    • Prepare a context packet
    • Scope tools and permissions
    • Define approvals and escalation
  3. Core 03

Build, test, and review the workflow

Build one complete loop from a real input to a reviewable output, then record and improve the result.

    • Connect the workflow stages
    • Review output against a rubric
    • Test missing inputs and failure cases
  4. Bonus 01

    Package your agent service

Turn the workflow into a scoped business offer with clear deliverables, evidence, pricing, and support.

    • Name the buyer and outcome
    • Scope the deliverables
    • Build a truthful demonstration
  5. Bonus 02

Sell, deliver, and improve the system

Plan discovery, onboarding, a controlled pilot, and ongoing measurement for a client or your own business.

    • Prepare discovery and onboarding
    • Launch in stages
    • Measure and improve the work

Watch, apply, and keep the working documents

A straight answer

For people ready to give AI a useful responsibility.

This fits if

  • You have recurring business work and want to turn it into a defined agent workflow.
  • You want practical instructions, examples, and a clear way to review results.
  • You want to apply the process in your own business or package it as a service.

It is not the right fit if

  • You want a promise that agents will run your entire business without review.
  • You want a done-for-you installation. This is a class for building your own setup.

Questions

Before you join.

Is this a live class?

This edition reuses the five original AI Employees at Work training recordings. Three form the core course and two are service-business bonuses. Watch at your own pace; references to live dates or offers inside the recordings belong to the original class.

Is this included with All Access?

Yes. Active DevLaunch All Access members get this class at no additional charge. Sign in with your membership email to open it in the portal.

Does this include scheduling and hosting instructions?

The written operations runbook covers choosing a runner, schedule rules, duplicate-job handling, limits, monitoring, and recovery. It extends the recorded training. It is a planning guide rather than a provider-specific installation tutorial; the tools and setup you choose determine what can run unattended.

Will the agents work without any supervision?

You’ll learn to automate routine steps and keep review points for important decisions. Clear permissions, useful notifications, recovery, and the ability to pause are part of the setup.

Are software and hosting costs included?

The $197 is for the class. Any AI subscriptions, API usage, hosting, or dedicated hardware for your own setup are separate.

Do I need to buy the AI Employees software?

You can use your own tools. AI Employees appears in the original training as a software option; a software license, hosting, and provider usage are separate from this class.

I bought the AI Employees at Work replays. Do I need to buy again?

Your existing replay access also opens this reorganized class and its companion resources. Your original replay classroom remains available.
