1. What These Technologies Are

Cookies and similar technologies—including local storage and session storage—allow a site to remember information in your browser. This policy describes how DevLaunch uses them on devlaunchlearn.com.

2. Essential Storage

Essential storage supports features you request and the site’s secure operation. It may remember authentication, session state, portal access, checkout handoffs, Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification, other security controls, and your cookie preference. It cannot be switched off through our consent banner because the site may not work correctly without it.

3. Optional Analytics

With your permission, we use DevLaunch’s first-party analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, device type, clicks, viewed sections, scroll depth, and engagement. This helps us improve pages and offers. Optional analytics do not start until you select “Accept analytics,” and they remain off if you select “Essential only.” We do not currently use advertising cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

4. Manage or Withdraw Consent

You can change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional analytics; it does not automatically delete information already collected while consent was active. Browser privacy controls may also limit storage, and we honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional analytics.

5. Retention and Third Parties

Your consent choice stays in your browser until you change it, clear browser storage, or we replace the consent version. Analytics retention is governed by our settings and agreements with providers. Third-party pages such as Whop checkout may set their own cookies under their own policies.

6. Contact and Updates

We may update this policy as our practices change. Questions can be sent to aaron@hyperflow.cloud. For more about personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
