By accessing or using DevLaunch (devlaunch.hyperflow.cloud), including all content, services, classes, workshops, and products offered through the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

DevLaunch provides live workshops, masterclasses, cohort-based programs, digital products, community access, and related educational services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts & Access

You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Access to purchased classes, replays, and resources is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials is prohibited.

4. Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time. Any price changes will not affect existing paid orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DevLaunch — including course materials, recordings, templates, code examples, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of DevLaunch and HYPERCAT STUDIO. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any DevLaunch content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course content or materials
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DevLaunch services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings from participation in any class or program. Your results depend on your effort, skill, and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevLaunch and HYPERCAT STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
